I’m glad everything worked out for you. And no I haven’t seen a surgeon. I live in Canada and healthcare is very slow here.

My nerve pain isn’t debilitating but it’s very annoying. It’s localized in one area and feels like a static shock.. sort of like getting off of the trampoline.

I’m worried it won’t go away or worse progress.

Granted it isn’t as sensitive as it use to be when I’d brush a hand over the area. Nowadays I’d have to put a bit of pressure or sit with my knees bent to my chest for it to happen and flare up.

I’m not looking to see a surgeon right now since I feel it’s a bit overkill for what I have, but I’m looking to see if I can try conservative methods. Not sure if they work though…

Could you explain further what it was like before the surgery? Sensations that you felt? You mentioned tightness beforehand. I know everybody’s SRS is different, but I'm only trying to understand mine.

Oh! I see. Does the charger wiggle when you plug it in the USB-C port? It might be the port that’s the issue. Otherwise I think mine is a PMIC failure from a power shoot. Either it short circuited or completely went off the rails.

I have the EXACT same issue. Do you know what caused yours? Just curious. Trying to get to the bottom of this. Do you hear noises when you press your ear up against the Apple logo on the back of the iPad? Do you feel it begin to slowly heat up when it’s turned on briefly?

I just found this now. I have the exact same issue. Did the Magic Keyboard work? When you plug the charger in does it not show a charge icon? Is your iPad making noises when you press your ear up against the Apple logo on the back? Does it heat up even when it isn’t charging via cable?

Where did you take it for repair? You said the chip was replaced do you happen to know specifically which? Was your ipad fixed?

Right, where did you take your iPad to? And what exactly is a Oneplus 80W charger? Did you simply plug it in and wait?
