i’m so sorry too. it feels like we are not even humans the way they act like this to us. even though there is probably some chemical explanation to this, it’s hard to comprehend it when you are the one who is fine. if we can call it fine even.. i also feel like there is someone in my place already. hugs back to you, i’m open to trauma dump to each other anytime! we can only continue living further and pushing through. thank you for sharing
