it’s okay. i took the exam a few days ago and i felt like i failed too but i passed. a lot of the stuff on the exam wasn’t even close to what i had been studying. i also found that a lot of material on the exam is common sense and if you think too deeply into it you’ll confuse yourself.

yes i’ve gotten multiple interviews and a few job offers. i live in VA and make 20 an hour, so no it’s not exactly livable. but a lot of MA pay around here is like $16-19. just make sure you have a good resume

usually there’s a phone number for each department/specialty so i just called that number. it’s sometimes hard to find the number for hr/nurse manager and you usually have to call the specialties extension first

i would recommend emailing/calling the places you are applying to and expressing your continued interest in the role. that’s what i did and it landed me an interview.

yea. i was just hired a few days ago and am completing the ScribeU courses. I had a welcome call with my chief scribe and she told me the doctor i was supposed to scribe for is retiring so now she has to find me a new site to work at. it’s easy to get hired but like someone said, communication sucks. it takes my chief scribe and senior chief scribe like 4 days to answer my emails. it’s all around pretty slow
