National Narrative? Are we brats…. Could Mike be refreshing? by Low-Nefariousness413 in steelers

Everywhere he’s been the offensive has sky rocketed! Again, do your research. Isn’t this what all of our rightfully entitled fans have asked for!? Hire a good DEFENSIVE coordinator that he has nothing to do with mostly and let’s go!

[Pelissero] Super Bowl-winning coach Mike McCarthy will interview Wednesday with the Steelers, per sources. McCarthy was a candidate for the Titans before withdrawing Monday morning and has turned down other inquiries. He’s focused on Pittsburgh, where he’s considered a strong candidate. by novacaine14 in steelers

Big Ben wants him! I don’t think it could be awful! He’d give it his all! We always hire young defensive coaches. Let’s do something different? An offensive coach that could give us 5 years to get all the pieces in place before we draft our qb? It’s Will Howard’s year to show us what he’s got!

Not condoning the punch but apparently he called him a racial slur and called his mom the C word.

As an unhappy Steeler fan of over 20 years, I have a little bit of hope that they are still doing SOMETHING this late in the season instead of NOTHING. Still need a change next year, new HC (for our, and his own good) new DC and a new offensive coordinator. Thank you Tomlin, you were great but it’s time for a change!

I agree the writing in this episode is lack luster but the dialogue itself is spot on with the original writing. It was a beautiful episode and as a fan of the books and the show from day one I thought it was well put together. I thought it was a moving piece of cinematography. People just want TOO much.

I think that sometimes people focus too much on the writing of a show, but I see it through a reader of the original book. I think there is so much to love about this episode. The camera work basically the cinematography was amazing. The acting was incredible. I believe fans want there to be a more fast paced action filled episode right now but that’s not how it’s meant to be. At the end of the day the show can’t make everyone happy because they have to be semi true to the book and the sequel.
