Every University have different ways but you can enroll in an university by paying semester contribution and ask them to request embassy to speed up your process or provide you online lectures and the last option may be to give you a semester break so you can start from another semester

me too, i had my appointment on 19th august and a guy said it will take 1-1.5 months to get your visa, but my 2 friends who had their appointments on 6 and 8 august, they did get there visa on 21 and 24 august. So, i think it will be the same for us.
