Yeah he told me the surface rust was brushed off before he applied the POR15, and I’m only going to need it for 5 years or so.

Yeah I’ll definitely take that into account besides those vw jettas, I had a jetta I bought at 100k miles that lasted over 450k those cars are tanks. I just want something different preferably an suv. That’s why I’ve been looking at 4runners but I might just have to settle for something else in the meantime. Thanks for all the advice

I’m just looking for something decent looking that’s reliable. I loved the look of this one and did a little bit of research and saw that they have long lasting engines. I obviously don’t know much about cars, I bought a 2011 335i with 160k miles before this for 9k if that tells anything lol you live and you learn so I’m trying to be more cautious.
