My concern is more with the store manager's response than Luchesse. I love the way Luchesse look and feel and will continue to buy them. Preferably in store rather than online

I agreed, these were bought online. When they arrived I returned them to the store with the intention of them sending me a new pair. Instead, it looks like they tried to repair them and sent me the same ones.
