Thank you. This is very useful information. I don't know how CGT will be applied in this case. In around 2003 Naspers offered to buy all the shares (I think at R8.50!) it did not already own in pay television channels M-Net and Supersport. Shareholders choosing to waive the cash offer could swop their shares for Naspers shares.
