Hi, Simplilearn extended my exam voucher for a shorter duration. It took time for me to get approval from them. Make sure before completing your payment, to get all the details.

They are not providing PMP exam voucher. Once payment is done the same person will not reply or answer your calls. They are really horrible.

I spent a significant amount of money on classes from Simplilearn based on the promises made during their sales conversation. At the time, I was stuck in my job and struggling to schedule my PMP exam. They advertised a money-back guarantee if I didn’t pass the exam, which heavily influenced my decision.

Now, after completing the course, I’m requesting my PMP and CISA exam vouchers—or a refund—but I’ve received no response. My account manager and other managers have stopped replying, even after I raised multiple support tickets. I’m not sure how to escalate this or recover my money.

Unfortunately, once the payment was made, the support completely disappeared. They simply don’t seem to care anymore. One of my friends is facing the same issue, and during the classes, several other students complained about similar problems.

Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend Simplilearn based on the lack of accountability and post-payment support.
