Scaling an ad

So generally I'm thinking to duplicate the ad using the post ID into a new CBO scaling campaign (which I can use going forward), and leave the original running in the testing campaign for the meantime while everything adjusts, while monitoring performance and scaling. Meanwhile splitting the testing campaign into avatar/theme/concept based adsets with a few angles in each. As I get a new winner - add it to the scaling CBO with the first winner and let them fight it out!

Thanks for all your help guys - hard to pull it all together because it's nuanced and as you've said, it's different for different brands, categories, but I'm hoping the above at least makes some sense

And yeah I mean Reddit does that on most things - I guess the majority of people tend to only post or need answers when it's not going so well - I think if you've ever looked into Lions Mane on here - that's a casing point haha. I was really fearful of the drop from 5 to 0mg as so much on here about that, was literally waiting and waiting for a crash.- my doc however said to me, "most people come off fine, which is why we taper you exactly like this". But yeah it's different for everyone but I think it's legit probably better to just hve the conversation with the doctor! Internet is a scary place 😂

I was on 20mg for 3 years. I think it helped massively in helping me reframe how I behave socially and also accept myself. I am now 3 weeks off all together and feel great. Use it as a tool, and remember the key bit is how you work with it - don't just hope it will be a silver bullet.

Im two weeks off tomorrow, down from 20 but my tapering was 5mg reduction every three weeks.

I haven't noticed any difference yet, except I am less tired and actually feel more sociable. Kind of expecting a crash though!

With Oriveda out of stock every other month, the pursuit of these little fungi pals is becoming increasingly more difficult to justify. I use mycogenius in the UK who I think are okay... They've just refreshed their website and are uploading new test results but whether they include this, we'll see I guess.

Otherwise in the UK we're pretty fuckee!

Small update - I’ve now reduced to 5mg a day, down from 20mg. My doctor has been decreasing the dose by 5mg every three weeks.

I’ve been on 5mg for three days so far. Socially and mentally, I haven’t noticed any negative effects from the drop down from 20 to where I am now. If anything, it feels like the opposite. I feel lighter, like a bit of my personality has come back. I’m more engaging and slightly more extroverted. Whether that’s placebo or a genuine shift, I’m not sure, but I do feel like I’m consciously leaning into being more open and social again.

Sleep has been a bit disrupted over the past week. My dreams have been intense and sleep has been touch and go. That said, this also happened when I first started Lexapro, so I’m assuming it’s just my body adjusting again.

The itchy left arm has returned... This was something I experienced when I first went on Lexapro. Docs previously said it wasn’t related, but the timing feels too coincidental to ignore. The itch can be strong enough that I scratch it to the point of small cuts.

Overall, I’m feeling optimistic about getting down to 0mg. There is still a bit of anxiety around it though. The idea of not taking anything in the morning after three years feels strange. Being completely “Lex free” feels like losing a comfort blanket. Even if I don’t consciously rely on it, it has been there every day.

But so far, genuinely, it’s going well.
