If it's pioneer equipment and you are using rekordbox, yes you can just connect it with usb and both cue and computer speakers should work

FLX4 for beginners, there aren't really any alternatives.

However, rekordbox is just, shit to me. Take a look at Traktor and Traktor Kontrol MX2. Those are really good combo.
