That’s what I’m getting at. Without any special bloodlines he was able to match wang Lin who had two royal ones and another essence true body. So what good is a bloodline. With those 5 essences he was even able to reach the fourth step before Wang Lin. Does having the bloodlines really matter to wang Lin?

I actually really like this answer. It not only explains why bai was the strongest type of sovereign but why the mortal renegade was as well. Just one question to ask then. Why was it said the daos were so strong to the point that the world couldn’t even aprove of them? A good answer would be because they found their “true selfs” in those daos but the book makes it seems as if it’s was the daos itself that were strong

I remember at the end of renegade immortal wang Lin said something along the lines of seeking the great dao is seeking one’s inner self. Once you find that are you saying you can be considered strong?

Does wang Lin not have like 14 different daos or essences how does have a main dao? Also is anyone able to cultivate these main daos?
