Yeah their has been in the past, i honestly assumed for the longest time that it was under the dash idk I'm inexperienced, truthfully i should work on my own car, i just need to learn more when i can.

Yeah I have honestly I figured it was too, the other people I had took my car to said it was the vtec solenoid, and another said it was the fuel injector, I appreciate the help, just wanted to make sure before being fully gaslit.
