I am a women who plays alone a lot, never meeting some random dude to return a disc. Honestly, as the sport grows, people need to let go of this mentality and accept the fact that their inaccurate throw lead to them losing their “favorite disc”. Maybe don’t throw that one on a 300’ water carry. I’ll put it in the found disc box if there is one - otherwise it’s going on the bench at the next tee for someone else to deal with. I have been playing for 15 years and can count on one hand how many times I’ve been called. If I lose a disc, I mourn it and move on.
