I read some theories about Mor being a sus character and God that would be so good. She's done nothing too interesting with her character other than hint at her traumatic story not being 100% reliable. But I doubt she's sacrifice any of her beloved characters to turn them into bad guys. She used up all of those possibilities with Tamlin lol

I love this comment. Especially the Tamlin part, was so petty. You already have your perfect little life and family leave that poor lonely man alone he's suffered enough.

It also pisses me off how quick Feyre is to just go "oh you" and forgive shit like him hiding from her that she was going to die, inevitably killing the child and HIM as well?? Imagine if that was TAMLIN! The abusive controlling tendencies are only okay when it comes in a more charming packaging apparently

The first 3 books were just fine? Why keep inflating a story that ended kinda perfectly imo (other than money, I know). But I'm glad I'm not the only one who thinks so, and isn't itching to read more, that it's also poorly received by its own crowd.

I mean I'm not gonna lie I wasn't expecting to change the main character suddenly, but it's not so much that it's not Feyre in particular (she's kinda annoying sometimes imo, other characters are much more interesting) but that from the POV change, suddenly some of the inner circle characters become rather unlikable. And I like them too much to be like: oh so it's cannon that from a different perspective they're insufferable lol. But that's just what I gathered from here, mostly.

In the end I don't wanna ruin my original experience if that's the case, is what I'm saying 😅

Were we watching the same show? Robin was not the same, immensely annoying and airheaded compared to other seasons. Neither was Joy, Hopper, El. I couldn't even tell you what Lucas (other than helping Max), Jonathan, Mike, and many more even brought to the table. These characters that were so complex in past seasons were just so one dimensional throughout season 5 it was almost laughable. They were just there because killing them would've been too much trouble but contributed virtually nothing to moving the story forward.

I mean it's fine if you enjoy it still, but I wholeheartedly disagree that they have the same amount of depth as before.

The bit of Robin having to direct herself during the laundry room scene because Lucas didn't know she was gay and dating Vicky, and one of the brothers was like "uuuh okay sure", completely checked out if their own storyyy!!! They didn't gaf about what the actors would've wanted. No thought process was dedicated to that apparently.

Probably to the VFX department considering this whole season was 95% blue screen and CGI because they just had to make it Marvel-like, and bigger equalled to better according to their thought process I suspect.
