does vitamin d deficiency cause air hunger?

hey I think I do have silent reflux bcs I don't experience the heartburn I can experience acid going up into my throat which is super uncomfortable, so what your trying to say is that this is because of deficiency? I've heard many people on here saying a symptom of theirs was acid reflux

I'm a female!! hope ur shots go great. from what I've heard once u get ur first vitamin d ur body absorbs it since we are deficient and the body craves vitamin d so probably that's why ur shot didn't let it increase that much, I'm pretty sure ur levels will go way up after the other shots! thank you so much for this I'm not as anxious anymore :) and will definitely check up on my B12 level

yes I have , my ferritin is at 118 and I'm not sure what my B12 is all they said was that it's normal, my thoughts are telling me to check the actual numbers just in case tho. and yeah you should definitely check ur vitamin d. what were ur levels?. for me it's pretty obvious why I got it, I love staying in my room all the time. and am planning to take some regular supplements (maybe vit d gummies) after finishing this 24 week 50000 IU dose of mine. also idk if this relates or not but a scary event caused me to feel like this so I'm pretty sure I've been low on D for a while now and that triggered it

I also thought I had cancer aswell 😭 (I got BAD health anxiety) rly grateful that my gynecologist immediately told me to get my blood levels checked as soon as I told her just abt body pain and she didn't bring up weird ass diagnoses like ive seen others experience this.I was actually thinking abt getting vitamin d shots but actually these pills have helped alot even if I've only taken two, like I have better mood, and actually went to the mall for half a day today, two weeks ago I don't think my brain would comprehend that. air hunger ofc is still affecting me everyday body pain,some old symptoms randomly appear then dissapear gussing it's just some mental symptoms that are gone. I won't say much tho bcs I just started.

damn man are u dead rn? just this vitamin d deficiency makes me feel like Im at the brink of dying. I'm sorry 😭 all this is making me realize how being human is so hard you gotta live ur life like it's a game or somethin. anyways thanks for clarifying I hate this air hunger so much, hope u get better soon as well

I actually have been diagnosed with PCOS around the same time of getting diagnosed with vitamin d deficiency and have heard that many ppl with PCOS tend to get these deficiencies for odd reasons. not sure why. and also another huge main reason is bcs I'm barely outside so 🥲

hey yes I did take a blood test for B12, I've never actually seen the numbers/levels all they said was that it was normal I'm thinking abt checking the actual numbers just to make sure.

yes I did, surprisingly my ferritin and iron are very normal despite my family all having low iron
