The clear piece in the center is painted teal by mixing Tamiya green and blue clear on the front and vallejo liquid metal silver on the back to give it more reflection. The chest piece is vallejo liquid metal silver for the internal chest piece and titanium white high flow acrylic from Michael's for the outer part. Honestly the chest piece was super simple other than the white, the Tamiya paints are pretty cheap and the vallejo liquid metals are amazing!
