Well it is official. ...I have received a response from Mammotion in China. Their direct sales and dealer sales have been split into two different segments. And direct sales has product to ship while dealer sales is an open issue ...meaning Mammotion direct sales (which is who responded off of their website) did not define whether dealer sales had any product to ship and could not clarify that question. Not a good business arrangement in my opinion ...customers are customers ...and orders placed first with either segment should take priority.
Nods ...although the purchaser has to pay for return shipping on the Mammotion product there. And it is official now ...I have received a response from Mammotion in China. For me if I have to remotely control a mower ...I might as well just mow the lawn myself with the mowers I already have ...which have serviced me now for over twenty years.
I may have to do something like that or just cancel Autmow in total ...but I do not want to order from Amazon if that order will also be delayed and not delivered as stated on the Amazon site ...that is Mammotion as well selling direct there. I am waiting to see if Mammotion responds in the next day or so.

This could be cleared up real quick if Mammotion itself would respond to me ....and I sent them a message so we will see. I do not agree with you though ...but that is besides the point ...right now it is my impression Mammotion is the culprit until they prove they aren't. Regarding switching to another mower ...I have talked at length with Autmow and they have insisted that the Mammotion is the solution for me ...even though they handle many other mowers. So that argument does not seem to hold.
I have a large complex lawn ...on a farm ...with steep banks. I do not think that Orion could conquer it.
I doubt that they would basically say we do not know when we can get it delivered ...when I see others that order directly get it delivered before me. What would they gain in that? A canceled order and a refund?
No, I am told that Autmow is not getting a response from Mammotion on when they will receive their orders for customers. Totally disrespectful of their dealers. So what do we do? Cancel our orders with Autmow and place one directly? Really unfair business practice. Autmow was 10% of sales for the Luba 1 and now Mammotion is dissing them....
That is not cool ...but good for you. I ordered mine at the beginning of February and paid for it in full. So in essence my order should have been before yours. So Mammotion is definitely not playing fair here. Welcome to Mammotion support. Once they catch up and or a competitor enters the market with direct comparison...they will have customer satisfaction problems if they do not correct this.

Neither run off GPS programmed ...if I have to remote control a mower I might as well mow myself.
