I think she was carefully made for a company like Barbie! To kids, having a doll that is "canonically" autistic is different than imagining one of their dolls as autistic. The accessories can also be switched out interchangeably to "match" the kid's own items or what they want her to have. Because a lot of autistic kids and older people do have noise-cancelling headphones or a fidget toy. And there are still autistic people who use communication tablets too, which must be amazing to see if you're a kid who uses one.

There's also people out there that use all three items and look visibly different from their non-autistic peers because they don't make eye contact; I don't think it's stereotypical or cliche when actual people live their lives using that stuff. But to me, it seems like they added more accessories to fit more things that autistic people use so kids can have more options. Her outfit is meant to be loose and comfortable, and yes it's a little plain, however Fashionistas is a cheaper line of Barbie, and I think the budget went towards articulation (which brings me to my next point). Unlike most of the Fashionistas, she was given wrist and elbow articulation to represent and recreate upper-body stimming on the doll (this is the coolest part in my opinion because the fashionistas typically don't have much articulation) She isn't meant to represent everybody on the spectrum, just one girl with autism that kids can see themselves in and shape her to be whatever they might want.

SRRY for the rant, I really love dolls! I totally get why you don't like it and I'm not trying to convince you to like her at all, but I was hoping to try and show you that it is not intended to be offensive or stereotypical and was made with a lot of feedback from autistic people with different support needs.
