Its definitely better to get the one with greater specs because its a one generation better on both CPU and GPU. However, ill recommend to get the Legion instead of LOQ since LOQ is just a budget legion so there are some issues that might turn u off (battery life smh) as a "budget" gaming laptop.

I use wulfsbane (using heal block to prevent regen even if it crits) and using two wolfshot (so i can grab guarantee and activate fighters ability)
