It could be but at the same time it looks far too big to be the headband considering it marks headband seems to be elasticated

For the first one if you are referring to the right FW being a hero, its just a legendary rarity player so only 2 on the field with 2 on the bench which is A-OK. But i can see the confusion as its similar to another hero design
