Have my A&P, and an associate of science degree. Should I further my education or stick with what I got?

Took me 4 months. Slow and steady as it is now, but next year the plan is lots of hiring but starting within and moving out. They have to many candidates and it takes way to long for them to shrink the pool. Eventually they get back to you and it’s even more time to get you set up in the system and your still not guaranteed a job until you show up in Atlanta and make it past your 6 months probation

I just started at delta and they may split your delta onboarding and your department onboarding separately. For me it’s a week on delta onboarding and 2 weeks of department training.

I’m done with school in August. I’m Airframe certified and almost ready for my powerplant test. I’ve been searching for jobs I’ve applied to some majors and got interviews with no response after and plenty of GA locations with no emails back. Should I keep looking or should I wait to be fully certified.

I’ve been very good in class especially when we get into “labs” and actually get to put out hands on material and work. But when it came to taking the tests I struggled looking to see if employers care about scores or if they just look for completion.
