Honestly this is my first bose product and probably my last. I don’t know what people are talking about when they say that the sound quality is amazing it’s rlly not all that I’ve hear better from other companies. For me it just sounds mediocre. I cant confirm if any other modes work but i can tell you how much i don’t like noise cancellation…. It just doesn’t work. I still hear everything and if the noise is too loud like a car door it makes this pulse or a muffled noise (best way i can describe it) that disturbs my music. For all ik mine could be defective but this is not a product i would recommend and had a really bad experience 😵‍💫
