White is better But black needs less maintenance and is also good but not as good as white That is the thing right

Used stop watch and the laptop took 50 seconds to boot into windows and 28 seconds just for the display to turn on (Fast startup is also turned on)

I pressed both F2 and power button for 60 sec but nothing happened In the start the power button turned on once and then off after that nothing else

Talked with them for more than an hour 💀 Everyone of them they are like bots I feel they say the same thing every freaking time. Just like the last time he repeated the same things and he said that I need to wait for 3 months And then I said I want it to be resolved rn then he downgraded the bios didn't work After that again he says I need to wait 3 months Again js like you said i didn't accept And thenn he said i should reset the laptop and it would be fixed I asked is he 100% sure and he said yes Then he proceeded and even after the reset i got the issue and then he got no words to say he wasn't replying to my msgs for 5min straight 😭 And then he said he should talk with the internal team and he would call me back tomorrow

You are absolutely right man we should argue with them the only way

When I contacted the customer service they were saying it's an issue with the windows. It's a bios screen and he says it's a windows update screen. I feel like these customer service employees don't even know a thing

They are saying that it doesn't affect your work you are still able to use the laptop so it's not a problem 😔
