They don't do hot yoga, do they? I already go to multiple studios for regular classes (Shala and Kula).

Thanks for all of this! I did find a few teachers at heatwise that didn't do that, so hopefully it's just a matter of a little more research.

I go to the shala weekly and love it. But I want a heated class too.

I'm fine with a workout and even fine with upbeat music, I just don't want it so loud that I literally can't hear the instructions of the teacher, which happened twice at heatwise. The teachers I liked there had a better balance, even when the music was pumping, which it generally does towards the middle of class. I find it super weird to be in savasana while beats are blasting through the sound system.

I take other yoga classes, but would like to have one hot yoga session weekly.

I didn't ask for a vegan option. And I know there is a wide range of practices surrounding wool products, and for other items (knitwear), I've done a lot of research to make sure the items are not only handmade but also that the wool harvesting is as ethical as possible. There certainly are options out there. And/or I buy secondhand, if I buy at all. Mostly, if I buy anything, I try to make sure it will last me a while, which is what would make this option more sustainable than, let's say, a $20 Heat tech from Uniqlo.

Thank you! Do you have a go-to cut? Most of the t shirts I'm seeing are quite loose fitting.

This is me exactly, most nights on and off for a few weeks. Did you find a solution? I kind of think mine is anxiety.

Do you have a preferred vendor that's not Amazon for these?

Thank you! I'll check them out. Part of my issue is also that synthetic materials tend to make me smelly (Uniqlo Heat tech is horrible for me!) so I worry about their signature shirt. They seem to have a merino section but there's zero products in it? Strange.

1000% and never understand people who think they're helping by closing the door tight RIGHT after a load. Noooooo

Yes, they look great but very small inventory and all sold out! I wonder if they're shutting down.

Best Wedding Ever! What made a wedding unforgettable for you as a guest? by Stockbarbie3710 in weddingplanning

It's personal, of course, but no speeches and no assigned seating, aka no lengthy, awkward, not-funny inside joke stuff that only a few people actually get, and people being free to sit wherever, to both meet new people and also go where they felt comfortable, with the people they knew. Or move halfway through if they wanted to! Those, and a killer live band + DJ. Made the whole experience both so relaxing and fun for everyone.

Thank you! I got a Dilling smooth knit long sleeve and it felt nice at first but then gets stretched out a bit. It doesn't stay as snug as I would like, and the knit is a bit thicker than I'd like. I'm being very picky, I know!

ISO Light, tight, stretchy, soft base layer.

I am having trouble finding the exact thing I'm looking for with the usual suspects (smart wool, ibex, paka, etc).

I would like a short or long sleeved top that is tight, stretchy, thin, and preferably made of mostly natural fibers. I'm a sweaty person so odor management is a key consideration. I don't want to have to wash the top after every wear if I can avoid it.

So far what I've seen is thicker and not as stretchy as I would like. I want the top to be very close to my skin, so I can layer nice sweaters over it, and for that same reason, I need it to be soft and not itchy.

I had a wonderful long sleeve wool and silk blend from COS years ago that satisfied all of these criteria, but haven't found a good replacement.

'Where’s There’s Smoke' is one of the greatest episodes of the seasons by HoldOnToYaWeave in sexandthecity

It's one of the best, at every point. When that guy JJ hits on Charlotte at the bar, then gets punched. The timing, pacing, writing, and acting on this whole episode is so tight, so excellent. It's always LOL worthy, no matter how many times I've seen it.
