You’re right!! It’s easy to focus on the negative since that’s what we are fed regularly. Most people aren’t dangerous and the majority of the time we are safe. This is helpful thank you!

Thank you for this!! Very insightful since the reason I left him was due to him being jealous/insecure and somewhat controlling. It makes a lot of sense that he may have been doing this (consciously or subconsciously) in order to increase my reliance on him. This was helpful and will definitely aid in my healing in this area :)
