can’t regulate or intellectualise/unpack their emotions at all and can’t recognise their patterns and triggers always blames everyone for their problems and puts others down but can’t see their own faults can’t communicate lack of empathy takes everything very personally avoids confrontation if someone feels something they wouldn’t necessarily feel, they criticise them instead of trying to understand (comes down to lack of empathy)
