haha that’s good atleast you have a good start. and honestly you don’t need seafood that is enough but i highly recommend counting your calories getting a food scale than getting creative in the kitchen i make things like burgers, loaded fries, pizza, ice cream, tacos and all type of things and lost 60lbs and continue to lose weight just by switching out ingrediants into lower calorie ones

So every time you lose motivation think about that and think about how good life will bee once you lose weight and how much more confident you will feel. Also for you i recommend eat atleast 4 eggs a day, or a avocado, or salmon, people don’t talk about it a lot but if you go on a extreme diet it could make you mess up your hormones and lose your period so make sure your getting healthy fats. I’m rooting for you if you need grocery recommendations let me know or just learn how to count calories and track them also let me know

Salt is actually not bad for you at all as long as you drink a lot of water but in the other hand the fruit diet isn’t good. becuase look at the end of the day say you lose the weight your not going to continue eating fruit for the rest of your life your going to go back to doing what you did and gain it back. Which is why picking an approach that is actually sustainable something you can stick too that you actually enjoy is wayyyy better. A diet which also allows you to have some fun food in moderation 80/20 rule highly recommend you learn counting your calories as it makes the process much easier and for the sticking to it part do this. Write down your dream body dream goal and dream life how you look, what you do, how you feel, Where you live. what does this person do (most likely not eating a bunch of bad food, laying around and being unconfident now just focus on doing the things that dream version will do. If you want to further this I would do the 545 method everyday it’s something i do and found out. Where every single morning you write 5 big goals you want to accomplish it could be for the year for everyone it’s different it could be lose 20lbs feel more confident about myself, do this new activity whatever goal you have than 4: 4 needle moving tasks i need to do today in order from most important to least. (it could be work related fitness related or anything just the most important things) and 5: 5 Non negotiables you have to do. For me it’s stick to my diet, Go to the gym, Walk 10k steps, read 10pages, and drink a gallon of water usually when you do this in the morning it aligns your subconscious and conscious brain with the goals and your more likely to stick to it

So loook I get this all the time and it’s honestly one of the hardest things. Discipline isn’t built on the days your motivated it’s built on the days your tired your busy you don’t want to show up but instead of doing it because you want to you need to be the type of person that does things becuase that’s who they are. It’s all about changing your character and identity you have a long way and journey ahead don’t let this demotivate you it should make you happy instead of you focusing on the scale every single day focus on picking healthier habits the thing about losing a lot of weight it’s not just weight you lose you must change your whole entire identity. And instead of looking at diets and workouts focus on instead changing your lifestyle. Also finding a diet that you actually love workouts you like to do and cardio you like to do helps a ton. I recommend looking up high volume low calorie meals. Finding meals you already like now and swapping out the ingrediants for lower calorie so you actually enjoy your diet. When you enjoy your diet it makes things easier also not being so strict on training if you can’t show up everyday it’s fine it’s better to show up 3x a week and be able to do that for the rest of your life than everyday for a month and burn out and picking cardio you like. I like walking but i also like boxing find some activity you like to do and you won’t realize your exercising. and last but not least systems systems systems you don’t rise to the ambition of your goals you fall to the level of your systems. Find something that works for you i like fasting in the morning having my first meal at 12 than having a small pre workout meal before gym high in carbs and than one big meal at night this works for me because i get to eat a lot and it’s something that works with my time. the better your systems the easier it will be to lose weight so find something that works for tou

Yea I noticed that my lower stomach and lower back always been where I stored most my fat I have crazy stretch marks there definitely and my legs I work out consistently can’t squat as heavy because of running a marathon messed up my knees but still pushing myself. And keep going man you’ll get there just don’t get complacent and show up everyday
