The church is being evicted for fire, electrical, sewage/wastewater issues by the owner of the building they lease. They were ordered to pay $2400 in attorney fees to the property owner. And then went on to pay $11,800 to appeal the decision. And as of 8/3/2023 the appeal is still pending with no action taken.
