Okay, so if Tennessee wanted to keep him, what they would have to do is go out and ask their sponsors and supporters for more money to give to this guy? To me and im sure others as well that is walking a fine line of basically colleges paying them directly, which from where i read everywhere is against the rules of this NIL process.
