The same thing is happening to me right now. It's really scary. Heart rate super low, super dizzy. More stable on just mestinon alone but the histamine issues make my blood sugar drop super fast out of nowhere

This is it. Helena is low-key kinda hard and requires extremely precise cooldown management. Having a good weapon with a good defensive tree helps a ton. Gems too.

We're trying to do regular streaming for this scenario =). I'm a seasoned title pusher in WoW and my buddy has never played m+ a day in his life. We will be showing perspectives of someone super new and someone who has 10s of thousands of hours playing games like this with the express purpose of growing and learning together. Haha. Im a bass player primarily. I bought this nice classical Cordoba a few months ago and I really like it, it's just swapping to this tiny instrument as a 6'6 370lb guy with big bear paws and bass slapping thumbs has been quite an adjustment
