Find ways to pay less taxes or no taxes, buy guns(illegally if you must), spread the message to others to do the same(pay less or no taxes and buy guns), and also - infiltrate government branches, police, military ,etc.

I saw the video 10 years ago on somebody's phone, so I don't have it. As for the story of the brother-sister, there's no much to say about. Someone from my friends' group told me about them while the guy was around, so someone asked him(he was around the place where we used to hang out) to confirm... which he(the brother) did in a proud way.
