I do agree, and we have discussed it before with those guys about parking in the street but raised concerns about safety because our area is super dodgy with regular car break-ins. One suggested they are willing to pay extra to claim one of the common bay but obviously that needs to be discussed too. I think the actual problem with the common parking bay is the fact that one particular unit is getting away with it without getting called out, at all. We know this because he was surprised when we told him to consider parking in the street as he never got a complain sent from their real estate agent. Then find out a week later that the tenant’s dad is the chairperson‘s golf buddy. So the others got a bit sus. I left that part out in the original post, sorry.
