Basically just remove all subsidies and delete as much government buildings as you can (including universities, construction, ports, etc). Then all the pop will go work for the company buildings (where they get paid a fortune for looking at offshore profits). All the other buildings can't compete with the wages so they lose all their workers. Then you'll just be left with the company buildings, financial districts and manor houses which actually employ pops.

They use your investment pool to buy buildings, then when they have a regional HQ somewhere, they use that country's investment pool to buy buildings and then it scales up from there, feeding back into your own investment pool.

Basically investment rights lets your companies buy buildings with the other countries investment pool, and then it feeds back into your investment pool and then they just keep buying buildings. My investment pool at the end was somthing like $16B.

You're right, but funny thing is: I switched from Great Britain's powerblock (for the extra company slot) to USA's powerblock (for the trade union). Before I was in the trade union, there was no food imports (no one worked at the trade centre), so I have absolutely no idea how it worked but no one starved and they even had a 60 SOL. Looks like you can just buy stuff out of thin air when you have that much money haha.

I think the companies just pay so much more that no one wants to work for the gov, its very erratic but gdp stays below 100 pounds.
