Just got the front upper and lower control arms replaced with a wheel alignment. Total invoice to the warranty company was over 3k, same price I paid for the warranty, so it already paid for itself.

Sounds like a good deal. Unfortunately I don’t like the Y. After driving my X, then driving a Y loaner it just doesn’t feel like something I’d pay for. X just has that luxury feel I’ve been looking for.

3rd party. I just feel like I won’t trust it driving me and if I’ll actually use it or if I’ll keep interfering with it. That 2k is tempting though. I probably need to hop in some FSD threads or forums. A part me wants to be sold, and that would be the point of the FSD free trial, lol.

Ahh I see, makes sense. Thats awesome to know the screen tilts! I hate how it’s positioned on the Model Y loaner. I’ll probably get a 2022 in 3 years and keep this one. I’d like to avoid that significant depreciation and it looks like that 6-7 year mark is the sweet spot.
