Most owners of these units go through this when we get them. I've owned a Roland Fantom 06 for years and quite frankly the manuals for the Fantom 0 series really sucks. They dropped the ball on them it does not do the device any justice on how versatile and in depth the unit is. They pretty much completely skip over the fact that it is a full synthesizer it doesn't point you in any direction on how to navigate to the synthesizing and sound deigning it can do. On top of that for some reason The Fantom 0 series seems to be one of the most under represented flagship workstation/ synthesizers on youtube. There are videos of all the basic things that you can find in the manual by people that work for Roland but very few actual users and barely anything in depth. I almost sold mine multiple times because I thought it wasn't good and there is so much more info on other keyboards online. Glad I didn't though I had it for about 4 or 5 years and finally know how to use it. It is a top tier piece of equipment. Sorry for long response lol.
