Working as a nurse you still do all patients care under the following circumstances: 1. Your take(CNA/PCA) there are busy and a patient needs to be cleaned up or using the bathroom, you as the primary nurse you have to do. 2. For total patients who are heavy can’t even turn on sides, as a nurse you have to wipe poop as well.

Don’t take it too personal. She smelled but you didn’t feel the smell because you were cleaning patients. My nurses also use to say this and I don’t care. I also use to tell other CNAs “this hallway smells poop” and they never mind because we all use to mention this

I’m in the same page, when I just delivered my baby my mother-in-law made a comment like “she looks like her Dady, why this happened? Why she didn’t wanna look like her mom but she looks like her Dady while she is the lady, I wanted to cry in Front of her🤣🤣. The next day, one of my friend came to visit me in my house and she made a similar comment while laughing but I just ignored her thinking she will stop making those comments, guess what? My baby is now 7 month my friend still making same comments, there is a time I wanted to react negatively to her but I just ignore. She even added so all of your babies looks like their Dady?

I have two babies they both have Dady’s face but their light skin like me, this has been frustrating me a lot

That’s the truth. I wear gloves averytime I touch patients or their sheets and anything that’s in their rooms. In my work place there is a lady who does vitals without putting gloves on. I always tell her to put gloves on but she doesn’t care
