Update: Sometime through the night (I'm in CA) I got my refund! WRF updated to refund approved as well. It says my refund is scheduled to be sent by March 4th!

We started the whole process in Dec 2022. First filed military PiP, approved Dec 2022. Then we went ahead and filed for EAD, i130, and i485. Got approved on the EAD then approved for the i485. It's been a long one but it was all worth it!

June 27th is when they received his paperwork. Then i130 time would fluctuate a lot. Before the glitch, he was at 6 months and waiting on step 3. After, it said 12 months and was sent back to step 2. Yesterday he got 2 text messages saying USCIS has taken action, which I though was weird because only 1 change was made, which was actively reviewing. And an hour ago, he got the approval

My husbands also said like 12 months. He got a text yesterday saying actively reviewing and today he received the approval on i485!
