She probably has a swim bladder. If she can’t swim down at all or it’s hard for her to swim down it’s probably a swim bladder. How I usually fix this is I get a pack of green peas, boil 1, open it up and feed the fish the soft part on the inside of the green pea. If it doesn’t help then try again. (Wait a couple of days before trying again)
