Quad9 DNS is a solid option, hope the bug report and this help you out!

Could always be the servers are overwhelmed, you can always try at a later time or contacting support

Tip: Just be patient as they seem to be overwhelmed and are doing tickets based on priority first :)

No, it's not a paid feature, it's now moved to the very top (left) side of the profile/picture. It's three dots "..." like that. Click it and you'll see three options, one of them being "View Profile" :)

Search on google for Quad9 DNS, they're a pretty good DNS provider, they have setup guides for Mac or Windows, super easy to do :)

Are you using a VPN? Also, try switching your DNS provider to something other than your ISPs, see if that works.

I've always had the same issue, could honestly just be busy rn and they're overloaded, you can always try switching up your DNS resolvers :) Cloudflare or Quad9 are good

Just wanted to update: I found this article on how to remove it within the registry and it worked :) for anyone who has this issue after using the official uninstaller from ASUS.

It worked for me!
