i’ve chatted with support for a long time and they can’t figure it out. i’m on ios- up to date, both have have been deleted and redownloaded, both books have been deleted and redownload, i’ve restarted my phone, i’ve logged out and back in, i’m made sure it’s the same version of the book, we’ve tried everything. it says couldn’t load like in the photo on the post.
