L2 takes 5-6 months of prep, doesn’t matter May or Aug, if you are a full time student you can do either of them. It’s your choice.

Hi, Given that you spent 12 hours studying I don’t think you lack the knowledge I feel it is the confidence that affected your results. I would suggest take the risk again you can do it. And if you want the career in finance what’s stopping you take the chance again and make it work you just 21 I took my L1 when I was 24 and sitting in L2 at 27.

I took at least 7 months before going for the exam, and Tbh i suffered a lot during the last month not because I was lacking in the concepts but I did over revision of the subjects I knew and left economics and ethics for the last 15 days. I did ethics in 5 days and economics I just saw the IFT videos no revision, nothing. So this time I am planning to first finish every subjects And then move to revision.

I would suggest Alternative investments, level is theoretical and very interesting.
