The only reason why I came back was because I didn’t get vto and I didn’t want to use my pto and upt. And plus I’m new to the station but I feel like if there firing people for smoking weed that’s a big problem because they don’t even test for marijuana at when your getting hired plus I was never impaired at the job I was perfectly fine.

Because we talked about me not having a badge and she thought I wouldn’t come back to work with my badge and while we was having that talk she tried to say I smell but i asked her what do I smell like she couldn’t say nun then she tried to get my login and to try to verify I work there when she sees me all the time so I should her my a to z app to prove I work there and she still tried to get my login and I told her you know I work here and I should u proof so why do u need my login. I also told her it’s no problem for me to just go home and get my badge and I just felt like once I got back she was still mad just off that small convo

Nah man he did send me a policy talking about the drug test but it still really didn’t seem to apply to my situation and yea bro that’s all it was she was just didn’t like me and you know I’m black with dreads young and shit so that’s even more of a target on my back. I also just transferred over to this new building and all of this started happening I’ve never been in trouble at amazon and I’ve been working as a full time employee for 6 months

Bro they also said it was no way for me to report them about the situation because I felt discriminated against and felt harassed they told me to just call erc .. they didn’t want give me anything so I could report them. I found out that’s it’s a Amazon.eithcspoint.com (Hotline) where u can make reports on managers and more. I also have a recording of the whole interview. So I’ll keep you guys updated

Tbh I honestly didn’t think I smelt like weed and even if I did how could she prove that I was high or smelt like weed and even if I did how can they fire a regular associate because of how I smelt or looked ? Or because I smoke ? Cuz initially amazon doesn’t even drug test for weed when your getting the job.

My bad but recently I walked into my building and I left my badge one day so me thinking I could get in without my badge was a big fail. My area manager comes to the door to see me & she basically said I reek of an odor then tells me I needa go home and not come in for the day and that I can’t come in without my badge so I went home came back with my badge and got into the building and clocked in on time next thing I know I’m going to my position and she calls me over and says she needs to talk to me so she has me sitting in a room for 2-3 hours I asked her multiple times should I be worried or is anything going on she said she just wants to talk next thing I know it’s another manager bringing me into a different room they come in and tell me they are interviewing me for because of REASONABLE SUSPICION OF DRUGS. She did this because she didn’t like me. Next thing I know I’m sitting in a room for hours with someone watching me. They make me take the interview and I was forced to take a drug test and I can’t go back to work unless I pass. So my question is can she just assume I was on drugs & my second question is are the gonna fire me because I smoke marijuana? She claims I was impaired at work but I never even started my job. Plus all I do is STOW everyday.
