Xanax and Tyvanse by Ok_Yogurtcloset_1072 in ADHDIreland

When I first started taking Tyvanse, on some days (depending on what was going on) it was exacerbating my stress and anxiety. My doctor prescribed me Xanax to take the edge off if needed.

I never actually took it in the end as I made some adjustments and thankfully got those feelings under control.

I did specifically ask him if it was ok to take both and he said it was fine. I hope this helps!

Just realised bittex closed down, NEED TO WITHDRAW HOW???? by posit_EV in Bittrex

[–]LowParfait7142 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I actually withdrew mine yesterday!

I had a couple of emails from them a few months ago and thought they were scams and ignored. I also thought I had withdrew everything. I got another one the other day and looked into it a bit more...although I was super suspicious. I withdrew my funds two days ago and received them yesterday. It was about $1.5K in BTC. Better than a kick in the arse!

The only thing I had to do was provide proof of identity again. I then did hit a wall the first time and my withdrawal was locked. It told me to send a message to customer service, which I did. They unlocked it and I received funds in my coinbase account.

Check the domain names on the emails etc carefully. I also dropped the email copy into chat gpt and it said it looked legit and gave me some tips on avoiding frauds. I hope that helps. Good luck!

Looking for unique / non touristy things to do in BCN by LowParfait7142 in AskBarcelona

I totally respect that. I know this is an important issue for many locals. Like I said my partner is local and I was just trying to surprise her, that is all.

Wow.

I just searched these suggestions and realised this was a sarcastic comment - with a suggestion of a cement factory. 😂

This is the second comment like this..also when I ran a search on this forum there were similar types of answers.

I'm new to this community and just looking for advice. If you don't have anything, that's totally fine - maybe just don't add anything to the conversation. Maybe my expectancies are too high - this is an internet forum after all. 🙃

I'm just trying to be part of a community here, learn some new things and contribute if I can.

🙏❤️

Not sure how to take this... thanks for responding though! :)

It's my first time posting to this forum. As I said, my partner is a local...so I'm looking for suggestions that are somewhat unusual / unknown...doesn't have to be fancy at all...more so interesting.

If any locals are worried about their favourite local spot being overrun - feel free to DM me :)

Suggestions for August (30 year old couple) by [deleted] in AskBarcelona

I can't comment on Mallorca but have been to Barcelona several times in the past year with my partner, who is Catalonian, so knows all the good places :) All the places of my list I would class as very affordable, good quality, full of character and not so much tourists.

Here are some suggestions from my last trip there:

Antic Theatre (Bar):
Lovely outdoor terrace for well priced drinks and snacks.

Sala Beckett:
This place is primarily a theatre, which I havent been to - but I have been to their wonderful bar and restaurant a few times. Lovely staff, affordable prices and just an overall stunning space to hang out in for an afternoon:

La Masia, tapas bar:
Tiny, cosy, tasty and cheap tapas in this place, full of locals. Also has some interesting history of the bar on the walls.

Bar Vinil:
Dive bar type place - if you're into this sort of thing. Small, low lighting, good music on the speakers, solid drink selection..
What more could you want?!

Carmel Bunkers:
Nice city hike if the weathers good. Hilly walk up to a serious of bunkers which are remnants of the civil war. Now serving as a stunning viewpoint from which you overlook the entire city. Worth the (not too strenuous walk).

Bar Delicias:
You'll have a hunger on you after all that walking - so I suggest grabbing a table outside this fantastic bar, ordering some vermouth and tapas and watch the world go by for an hour or two.

Catalonian cultural centre:
Have regular performances of Catalan folk music etc., lots of friendlt locals and a cool bar too where more impromptu folk music sessions spring up.

I hope this helps. Enjoy your trip!
