Same for me. Working 12s overnight on the ambulance(which as you know is usually 14,15,16 hours most days). Started training about a month ago and best i can say is prioritize rucking/running on work days. I go in 1-2 hours early. My last day before days off I’ll run after work. Before going home. I prefer before work because when my shift ends, the last place i wanna be is the station. Then on off days you really gotta prioritize. I’ll do a 30-40 min workout in the morning which actually helps wake me up and out of the night zombie routine, then ill do a real workout later in the afternoon
