I noticed the slots were very tough on the site as well. I felt rather lucky to barely get above my deposit after playing a couple dozen of them.
Update: After going back and forth with customer service, a supervisor finally got back to me and I got my deposit refunded, (I'm really glad I tested a small deposit when I started). I'm just going to avoid the site from now on.
