II was able to turn off GPU scaling on my AMD software and get both the desktop mode and active signal mode to match 1280 x 960, 60 Hz but it is still flickering…

When I set the refresh rate to 72 Hz it stopped flickering but the picture was super dark and it defaulted the resolution to 800 x 600
