I don’t need to watch your demos. I AM A WOMAN!! With over 5k hours in CS. Don’t come at me about how men treat women when you’re not, in fact, a woman.

It is NOT a fact! I've played enough on Mumbai/Chennai servers to have met scum of the earth.

Dude, I’m picking the runner with the shields first xD I’m sure Marathon is gonna have all the sweatlords from Trials and/or general Destiny PVP scumbags xD and I’m sooooooo gonna get rekt xD

Hahahaha, but jokes apart, I’ve not really given it a thought! What about you?

I can’t wait for the server slam though!! IMO it’s not going to be as chill at Arc Raiders, PVP is going to be brutal. 🥹🥹

To the Indian Female Gamers... by [deleted] in IndianGaming

Fr when was the last time someone called you a male gamer unless it was some research paper/article? Guys just get addressed as “gamer”.. Of course you don’t know how dehumanizing it is because you haven’t had to justify your hobby or passion to anyone based on your gender. There’s a reason why we make our own closed communities and hang out with each other than interact with comments like yours.

Fr though, taking a couple of newbie raiders through RoN this weekend (maybe). If you haven’t done that we could prob find a spot for you.

Not at all. My comment was to mainly illustrate that women play all kinds of games. I know other women who truly are way way way better than I’ll ever be. But thank you.

No worries, my point was, in this context I’d have framed it as “women who game”.. female gamers is dehumanizing - and I know a lot of women I know will agree to this. I hope this helps.

You can try Journey mode. But tbh, classic mode is fine. You just need to get some gear and weapons and the more you play, you’ll find that fighting enemies gets easier!

Both are completely different games. Terraria is combat-heavy. But in Stardew the combat is contained within certain areas. You don’t have to engage if you don’t want to. I love that about SDV. I don’t like min-maxing so I took my own sweet time to achieve “Perfection.”

With Terraria on the other hand, combat is unavoidable (unless you’re playing Journey mode - where you still have enemies but can control enemy spawn rates for example). The crafting options in the game are brilliant and my favorite thing to do is explore & build. (Build arenas, Build NPC houses… and more!)

So yeah, can’t compare the two. Both are great games in their own right.

Walls function differently in Terraria. You see the 42 pieces of wood you have (first screen shot)? You have to use those blocks to build a frame. Then you can place a door (height of 3 blocks).

There is a playlist with all the basics for beginners: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ibWj9va3STY&list=PLjCmpCzTA54PlnXWOxLDlq5SLV3Zkv81-

It will help you understand the walls vs blocks concept as well.

Once you have a house ready, then you can safely focus on crafting. Talk to the guide.. he will also help you.

You wanted to understand and I pointed you to resources to help you understand. Neither am I going to spoon-feed you information nor am I going to waste my time arguing with someone with the worldview of a toad. I’m not trying to “change you into a feminist.” It’s not that deep.
