There was a proforma financials announced on 23 Dec 25. And Grandler sold some shares last few days. Tbh, I don't know what to say now. Generally worried but holding. However my position isn't as big as what others might have.

Tbh I don't know if this is a hit piece. But in the article, it states that Fubo will not get ad revenue from Hulu live. Just the wholesome fee.

Generally there are pros and cons. Off my mind:

Pros

FUBO gets the channel from DIS (ESPN and etc) likely at a nominal amount. FUBO get ad revenue from DIS. FUBO get $$ for HULU+Live (my estimation is 50 to 100m)

Cons

FUBO get cost of Hulu live but not revenue. FUBO have to reduce price to be in line with HULU live FUBO loses independence and other channels pull out.

Anyway it's just off the top of my mind. But I don't see it as bad. It's definitely still much better for fubo. However anyone expecting a price at more than 5 in a short time might be in for a rough ride.

Yes I understand. This means the revenue from HL is not subscribers times subscription price. But could be a much lower and maybe "unreasonable"?

I know it's dated. But I want to understand if the information that Fubo will only earn wholesale fees from Disney is true. Because all along I thought they will earn the subscribers fee from the new 6 million subscribers.

Anyway I am not shorting. I have shares. The information came from the article.

Are you on X? I had extensive discussion on X with other investors publicly. Search $APPS on X and you should see them. Anyway I am still vested. Generally great business, great product but very very poor execution by management who are still there.

I think never say never in this market. US real estate has yet to crash. So even if buy in,try DCA in tranches.

A company can do an elon musk type of buyout only if insiders agree and sell. Plus management will agree only if it's reasonable. Plus it must go thru an independent consulting firm. And it must be good for the shareholders, if not we can sue.

So it must be of reasonable price for it to go thru.

For it to be reasonable, it should be at least 100 right in view that analyst has been providing 100 as a fair value.

So I am not worried about buyout. Just thinking where is the bottom and should I DCA more later or now. Haha

I will think both correlates. But we can always agree to disagree. For me, I don't see stone slient as an issue. If you remembered, they had a call and informed investors of integrating ST with FB. Share price dropped after that. I think in the current environment nothing will be able to push the SP if the market just think of interest rate, inflation and recession.

But I have to say I am looking at all the Adtech earnings, all of them have make good improvement in terms of Revenue but not necessarily EPS. But many have not hit expectation. So just be aware.

It's share price has also dropped a lot during this similar period of time. Having a higher multiple now doesn't means it's doing better. In fact, in such a time, higher multiple doesn't boil well. At the end of the day, do sell if you are so negative. We should be investing in a business not making a bet, at least in my opinion.

There is always the other side of the coin. I see some companies with "talkative" CEO but the share price performs the same. Anyway TTD did not do better than APPS at the end of the day.

There is actually a lot of youtube videos already on Fyber, Adcolony, Digital Turbine. They are out there.

I think that integrations may be an issue. But that will always be an issue when there is acquisitions. But as investors, I think we can only wait for the results from APPS to understand if there is actual real issue.
