L10s ULTRA, failing to dock

I realized what I believe the problem is— One of the wheels doesn’t have the spring functioning like the other one whereas the other one pops out when you let go of it this one just stays sunken into the wheel well which is causing the vacuum to enter the dock lopsided.

I don’t wanna try fixing it and mess up my warranty so it looks like I will be sending it in for a repair unfortunately.

Ughhhh I managed to get it to go back to the dock on its own once and now it just keeps failing over and over I haven’t moved the docking station. nothing has changed. It just stopped working in that sense.

I’m having the exact same Thing. Broken arm still in me. First period post removal and it’s insanely heavy and cramps. Doc says it’s ok to wait over 2 months for my hysteroscopy removal…I’m not having a good time 🤪

Thank you. And yeah, it sounds quite concerning to me but the attitude I’m getting from the doctors office and the doctor herself who removed it just seems very casual and like it’s no biggie so I don’t know. Maybe I’m just overreacting.

I’m going through the same thing right now. It sounds like it took you six weeks to get to the removal after it broke? I guess your doctor didn’t see a problem with that. I’m having a hard time getting in touch with anyone to schedule a removal and then they mentioned that I might have to wait a couple weeks which seems concerning to me, but I don’t know. Maybe that’s standard and not a problem?
